A brief history
 
DESIGN THINKING, LEAN UX
& PRODUCT DESIGN
My experience within the UX discipline has been both on the agency and client side, which has allowed me to develop a good understanding of the different challenges and needs of both.

I've worked on projects involving customer-facing solutions through to internal systems and processes, incorporating all facets of user-centred design to solve problems and create design solutions.

Past organisations includes Start ups, Finance and Banking, Insurance, Telecommunications, Media and Government.
